Deadline extended for Thames Valley Business Awards 2013

The closing date for entries for the Thames Valley Business Awards 2013 has been extended to October 4 to allow extra time for final submissions.

Every year the awards see both large and small companies from across the region line up for the prestigious trophies – which are the only pan-Thames Valley business awards and now in their 19th year.

Past winners include Marlow-based Softcat, Ultima Business Solutions from Reading and supply chain technology specialist OmPrompt from Milton Park, near Abingdon. Last year also saw Oxford’s Helen & Douglas House Hospice win the inaugural title of Charity of the Year.

Businesses will be competing for top honours in eight different categories, which are:
SME of the Year– sponsored by James Cowper
Green Progress of the Year – sponsored by Grundon Waste Management
Management Team of the Year – sponsored by The Royal Bank of Scotland
Charity of the Year – sponsored by James Cowper
Best Company to Work For – sponsored by Hays
Best Use of Technology – sponsored by Ultima Business Solutions
Dynamic Business of the Year – sponsored by Deloitte
Thames Valley Business of the Year Award – sponsored by Pitmans
