Well structured, informative and relevant business networking

The last Friday of January saw the launch of “1000 Better Ways” Slow Business Networking event at Foundation Park in Maidenhead.

For months folk had been asking me to organise more networking events and the “1000 Better Ways” was born out of seeing how the corporate companies responsible for the Fukushima nuclear power plant in Japan have, as yet, failed to fix the problems created by the earthquake and Cameron is proposing to let the Chinese & EDF build a plant near Bristol? I’d say to EDF, fix the Japanese problem and show us you know what you’re doing before we sign it off… show us a better way πŸ˜‰

I asked my good friend Asghar Majeed to tell the first story, the one about how he organised a nice cup of Yorkshire Tea for Her Majesty after her Jubilee Walk around Windsor.

Enjoy a selection of photos from the event, mixed in with some videos shot by myself & Carla Delaney. Visit 1000betterways.com to find out about our next event πŸ˜‰
