Everyone has heard of speed networking but we found that many of us would rather take a bit more time with those we meet while out networking & so created Slow Business Networking Events, giving you time to find out more and build relationships.

We host two types of event… today we’ll be hosting out 3rd Slow Business Networking Event in Maidenhead and shortly we’ll be hosting our first Themed Day based on Marketing…

Slow Business Networking Events

A 2 hour event where people talk 121 with strangers for between 5-10 minutes and every 30 minutes an individual addresses the room to give others chance to take a break. See our first event here…

We’re looking for hosts for these events across Berkshire… hosts get the benefit of being the centre of attention for an area & so great awareness of their business.

Slow Business Networking Themed Days

Theme Days focus in on a topic like Sales, Marketing or HR… allowing those interested in that topic to turn up on the day and enjoy their favourite subject along with like minded folk.

An opportunity to learn from the learned by listening to case studies… to be inspired by great themed stories and an opportunity to meet new people who enjoy the some of the same things in life.

9:00am – 10:00am Free Range Networking

10:00am – 10:30am Case Study of Greatness – a presentation submitted by a theme guru and selected for sharing by our sponsors

10:30am – 11:00am Slow Business Networking – new conversations with 3 or 4 strangers, or catch up with an old colleague

11:30am – 12:00pm Main Speaker – someone jolly interesting

12:00pm – 12:30pm Slow Business Networking – new conversations with 3 or 4 strangers, or catch up with an old colleague

12:30pm – 1:30pm A Yummy Lunch

1:30pm – 2:00pm Food for thought – a moment of inspiration that needs to be shared amongst friends

2:00pm – 3:00pm Free Range Networking
