Graham Jones, Internet Psychologist, award winning marketing blogger & e-commerce expert meets Mark Wallace of FuturePro Logistics, gets all emotional and asks the big question… What do e-commerce websites get wrong?

Mark, quite obviously a future award winning logistics expert met with Graham & I at Sainsbury’s in Tadley, soon to be the epicentre of the e-commerce world in West Berkshire. From September Graham will be hosting one of our Slow Business Networking events at a secret venue, details to be released shortly…

Mark’s first challenge, after being sent to Coventry University by his parents, was to find his way to Bracknell to take on a logistics role at Panasonic. This was followed by a stint at KWE before moving into sales at Yusen & then helping turn Europa Worldwide Logistics into a multi-million pound operation before launching his own brand, FuturePro Logistics in West Berkshire.

Mark is focusing his energy on ecommerce clients where his logistical knowledge of how to take a company global… optimising the customer experience with a little help from The Post Office… allows him to bring valuable “free” consultancy to those businesses that thought all they needed was a pretty website & a PPC account with Google… if only!

I’ve known Graham for years and love his down to earth approach, able to mix with boards of corporate directors and the rest of us mere mortals… last time I saw Graham was on the BBC carrying a fence… don’t think it was the Chelsea Flower Show, you’d best aks him 😉

As already mentioned but just so you don’t forget, Graham will be hosting our first West Berkshire Slow Business Networking event in Tadley, starting in September… more news as we finalise details…
