The session is usually attended by around 30-50 members plus Careers Springboard Volunteers and Executives including the Chairman, Andy Low. The members cover multiple disciplines and levels. Many are at Director or General Management level. We may also have some recent Graduates attending, who are part of the “Gradnet” Program in South Bucks. Gradnet was set up by two Entrepreneurs to help Graduates get into work quickly. The event is run three times a year and it’s always very lively. We generally invite HR Managers, Operations Managers, Headhunter’s, Development Managers, Specialists and the occasional CEO or Chairman. The Chair for the evening is Andy Low who is Associate Director at Russam GMS Ltd., and formerly an Executive in a number of FMCG Organisations.

The format is that each member of the Panel is asked to provide an introduction to themselves after which selected members are invited to give a 1 minute TMAY (Tell Me About Yourself) to provide the panel with an indication of what the members do and what they are looking for. Then we turn to a general Q&A session. Microphones are provided to save the Panelist’s voices! At the end of the Q&A session, we normally have a networking session.

The church is on the main through route into Gerrards Cross closest to the A40 junction with the Packhorse Road. On travelling along the Packhorse Road from the A40, the easiest landmark is Marks and Spencer which is on the right. Between M&S and the Church is an entrance to the car park where there is plenty of parking.
