A Sharp Eye for a Good Investment

I’ve known Jon Davey for a few years now… I have been following his Business in Berkshire LinkedIn Group since the summer of 2011… I know I need to comment more but it’s not what I do best!

I’m an accountant and enjoy making sure my clients books are all in order while optimising their tax position.

As the new tax year started, I commissioned Jon to make more people aware of my existence and he’s been doing a sterling job. He keeps on my case for more information so he can do more for me but it would be fair to say that I have almost trebled my investment in Jon through fees earned… and considering I’m only doing 20% of what he’s asking of me, that’s a great place to be.

It’s not only fees… Jon’s encouragement to go face to face at an exhibition meant I bumped into someone who has now become my business coach which is really helping to free up space in my head, which obviously had without realising it, got a little foggy over the years… what a bonus…

I’ll be taking a break in August to re-charge the batteries with my wife & family I’m already looking forward to making some new moves in September, inspired by the changes in my world since inviting Jon to be part of my team… what a great decision that was…
