Food will be served at about 7:15pm and will include taster dishes of Chef’s Broth of the day, a selection of Air-dried Meats – Chorizo, Salami, Prosciutto Ham and Olives, Cold fish Platter – smoked salmon mousse, Peppered Mackerel and Cucumber Ribbons, Pork Schnitzel, Roasted New Potatoes and Vegetable salad, River Exe Mussels in a White Wine Cream and Chilli Reduction, Oriental Stir-fry with Egg Noodles and Sesame Seeds followed by Mini Knickerbocker Glory.

*If you need to cancel your place please do so by 4:30pm on the Monday before the event otherwise regretably you will be charged for your place.
Payment: £15.00 per person, payable in cash only please from 6:30pm on the evening (this is to help prevent lengthy queues upon registration). A VAT receipt will be issued upon payment. This entitles you to taster dishes, one complimentary drink (a beer, glass of house wine or a soft drink) and list of all pre-registered attendees.
