Lisa Scales is the new face at the Foundation Park marketing suite at Cannon Lane, Maidenhead.

The experienced Team Manager within the Virgin Atlantic Club House has taken on commercial property sales after a lifetime career in the airports industry and enjoys the variety of work on the development which is proving popular with high profile companies.

With viewings on the increase as business optimism grows, Lisa is really excited about joining the team at Foundation Park and offering her support to the marketing activity.

“I enjoy supporting the letting team and promoting the development. There are stunning country views from Building 4 in particular and I enjoy the favourable reaction when we take people on the upper terrace and they see the Red Kites gliding overhead. It’s a bit of the country in town and is a real pleasure to come to work each day.”

Employed by LAH Property Marketing, she works closely with the developers, Frogmore, as well as the managing Commercial Real Estate Agents.

It is ironic that the high flying sales manager who has worked in cargo, sales and duty free at Manston airport in Kent as well as handling the sales and customer relations role at Heathrow should now find herself not far from the exclusive West London Aero Club at White Waltham.

“All the work I have done has required people skills and this one is no exception. It is all about being flexible in approach and fitting in with the marketing team and coming up with ideas to assist the marketing effort. I also help the facilities management, specialist cafe, security staff and tenants. Being involved in a job, I really love.”
