Why is it important to SMILE?

I had 30 minutes to write something this morning and wanted to focus on the Dragon Boat race…

Reminded of the photo above and how I thought it was the best smiley photo of me… how the Dragon Boat race brings people together for a great day out… “smiling is healthy quotes” came to mind, a quick google & I found this great website…

So starting with my favourite smiley chappy here are a bunch of quotes that help you understand why you should take a leaf or two out of his book… “The Art of Happiness”

“The real man smiles in trouble, gathers strength from distress, and grows brave by reflection.”
Thomas Paine

“A smile is happiness you’ll find right under your nose.”
Tom Wilson
