Why is it important to SMILE?

I had 30 minutes to write something this morning and wanted to focus on the Dragon Boat race…

Reminded of the photo above and how I thought it was the best smiley photo of me… how the Dragon Boat race brings people together for a great day out… “smiling is healthy quotes” came to mind, a quick google & I found this great website…
