Today I popped into Windsor to check some finances and make a payment… lucky me got an unwelcome penalty into the bargain!
What is it that makes someone want to become the lowest life form on the planet?
I even spoke to this evil doer as I parked. I said, “Not many cars parked here today!” with a friendly air of surprise. He acknowledged my existence with a grunt while looking at me square in the eye… so why, oh why didn’t he say, “Sorry pal, you can’t park there?”
When I asked him the question an hour later, after doing a few other jobs and calling into the Police station to complain, he said, “Did you ask if you could park there?”
Is there anything technically wrong with this sign?
The Policeman suggested taking a picture of the signage… in doing so I saw a uniform in the Green Olive… I went in and had a word and this feeble excuse for humanity who quoted the above… obvious, in his feeble mind, his “get out of jail free card!”
Doesn’t impact his soul if people are stupid enough not to ask him first… what a ****
So I would ask, is that the attitude of a helpful citizen or the actions or a complete ****
I am so not impressed… in my head I was under the false illusion that I had 20 minutes at any time of day… reality is that you can only park there after 12pm for 30, not 20 minutes… a mini bonus… just shows how often I go into town in the morning.
I’m a dick for not realising but what is he FULL TIME… the Policeman I spoke to agreed with my description… how would you describe him?
Correct! Dave Turnbull Racing Fixtures Ltd.

Judging from the news on Radio 4 this morning the Government agree with you about the way parking fines are being imposed – but I am not sure that the 10 minutes grace they seem to be intending to introduce would have helped you here.
