GB Labs is expanding its sales team and currently seeking a new Sales and Marketing Administrator to join our team in the head office in Aldermaston, Berkshire (United Kingdom).
The role will be to assist and administer the Account Managers and assit the Marketing Manager.
Sales Responsibilities will include:
- Researching potential business
- Appointment booking for Account Managers
- Handling customer requests and liaising with the Sales Team
- Chasing sales quotes for long term opportunities
- Maintaining good customer relations via call backs
- Assisting in servicing our Channel Partners
- Answering incoming customers telephone queries
- Producing reports and maintaining records via CRM
- Assist with travel bookings
- Planning and delivering events to our partners and customers.
Marketing Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Marketing Manager with research
- Database managing via CRM
- Offering campaign support where necessary.
- A good knowledge of email marketing tools and social media management would be of great interest.
- Knowledge of website content management tools would also be beneficial.
You will report to the VP of Sales and Marketing Manager.
