Tangible Maintenance Solutions are looking for a FULL time Business Development Manager to cover the Thames Valley & Home Counties

Salary of £25,000 basic plus £300 per month car allowance balance in commission/bonus OTE £50,000 plus laptop, phone, etc.

A unique opportunity exists here for a first class, highly driven, Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will be required to sell in to the Letting/Estate Agent sector. Our service assisted software offering is new, unique and innovative and provides a complete wrap up service for Letting Agent’s maintenance requirements.

The successful candidate will require experience of business development within the letting arena or worked within the lettings industry. You will need to be well connected and have a passion for customer service along with an ability to deliver against a revenue target. Covering the Thames Valley and Home Counties

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and the appropriate decision makers
• Prospect for potential new clients and turn in to business
• Set up meetings with client decision makers and leaders
• Plan appropriate approaches and pitches
• Handle any objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through to a positive conclusion
• Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs
