Wokingham Borough Council are inviting tenders for the provision of external cladding refurbishment to timber frame housing, numbers 2 and 5 Mortimer Road, Grazeley. The work will include the removal of the existing cladding system. The proposed works will involve the supply and fix a Mineral Fibre external wall insulation systems to exterior grade sheathing board (min. 12 mm OSB3 or WBP plywood) fixed to these Swedish Timber houses
