Short Breaks for Children with Disabilities and their Families – Proposed Supplier Engagement Day (16/12/2019) SE Shared Services

Slough Children Services Trust are seeking to procure Short Break Services for children and young people with disabilities. The Trust intends to engage with the market to seek the views of providers that may be interested in delivering the service. The market engagement event will take place on the 16th of December 2019 from 10.00 am to 13:00 pm at Slough Children Services Trust, St.Martin’s Place, Bath Road, Slough SL1 3UF

Numbers will be limited to 2 representatives per organisation.

The Potential lots that we may be looking to procure are:
Lot 1: After School short break activities
Lot 2: Weekend short break activities for Primary, Secondary and Post 18
Lot 3: School Holidays short Break activities for Primary, Secondary and Post 18

Providers are asked to confirm their attendance. Places will be booked on a first come first served basis.

A lack of interest in responding to this invitation may be taken as evidence by the Trust that a competitive process may not be required. Providers interested in delivering the service are advised to contact Lorraine Parker-James, Lorraine.parker-james@scstrust.co.uk to register your attendance and booking confirmation.

Please note this Notice does not represent a formal commitment by the Trust to undertake any procurement procedure.

The Trust is not liable for any costs, fees or expenses incurred by any party participating in this market engagement exercise. The outputs of this exercise will not be treated as commercially confidential and may be used by the Trust in the final service specification and contract but no organisation will be individually identified.
